Do you have a catalogue?
Due to the fact that we supply several stock ranges plus we can manufacture garments, we do not have a catalogue that we can send out.
I cannot find exactly what I am looking for on your web site, what can I do now?
Call us and we can help – we have access to dozens of ranges, plus as we are manufactures we can source or make what you require in most cases.
How many garments do we have to order?
We have low minimum quantities, and these do vary depending on the item; minimums are listed on the products page within this site, if nothing is listed the usual minimum initial order is only 10 per style from the online catalogues and 30 per style for Design garments. These minimum quantities can be made up of mixed sizes.
Can I have embroidery or another form of decoration added to garments I order?
Yes, most items & garments can have branding, please refer to the artwork page for more details. Branding recommendations are listed in the description section of products where some restrictions do apply. If you are unsure what the best option is, we are more than happy to advise you.
What do the garments cost?
We work with our clients on a one-on-one basis to obtain the brief and ascertain their needs and then provide a design and cost proposal. All our proposals and quotes are obligation free.
Can a representative visit me?
We are based on the Gold Coast and our Sales Team visits customers throughout South East Queensland as required. For customers outside of these areas we can assist you via Phone & Email and should the need arise we may be able to arrange a personal visit.
We have staff in offices across Australia; can orders be sent to a number of locations?
Yes, we can courier your orders to any location you require, however additional freight charges do apply.
