Q) Do you have a standardised catalogue?

Due to the fact that we supply literally thousands of stock ranges and new options, (new clothing and promotional products are being added all the time), it's not practical to have 'a' standardised catalogue that we can send out to you. Call us 0413 304 407, let us know what you are looking for and we will take the legwork out of your search and supply you with a precise list of choices.
 

Q) I cannot find exactly what I am looking for on your web site, what do I do?

Call us and we can help we have access to dozens of ranges, plus as manufactures we can source or make what you require in most cases. To find out more, phone us on: 0413 304 407 or Contact Us.
 

Q) How many garments do we have to order?

Unlike other suppliers, we provide low minimum order quantities, and these do vary depending on the item - the minimums are listed on the products page within this site. If nothing is listed the usual minimum initial order is only 10 per style from the online catalogues and 30 per style for 'Made to Order' garments. These minimum quantities can be made up of mixed sizes (both mens and ladies) and colours of the same item.
 

Q) Can I have embroidery or another form of decoration added to garments I order?

Yes, most items & garments can have branding. Branding recommendations are listed in the description section of products where some restrictions do apply. If you are unsure what the best option is, we are more than happy to advise you. If you are not sure, best to give us a call on: 0413 304 407 or Contact Us.
 

Q) What do the garments cost?

WP Clothing does not have pricing on the website due to the fact that each clients needs are different. Based on our experiences it's more beneficial to work with you personally to achieve your desired outcome and this may include other options not listed on our site. If you are serious about achieving an outcome then we are more than happy to spend the time and energy to assist. Please contact us on 0413 304 407 and speak to us directly about your plans. All our proposals and quotes are obligation free.
 

Q) Can a representative visit me?

We are based in Queensland and our Sales Team visits customers throughout South East Queensland as required. For customers outside of these areas we can assist you via Phone & Email and should the need arise we may be able to arrange a personal visit.
 

Q) We have staff in offices across Australia; can orders be sent to a number of locations?

Yes of course we can. We're happy courier your orders to any location you require, however regular freight charges will apply.
 

Q) What is your sample policy?

WPClothing is more than happy to provide samples to you upon request to help you in your decision-making process. All samples are as new from the importer directly and due to the obvious expenses incurred with this process, we do ask that all samples and freight charges be paid for prior to despatching these sample goods.
 

Q) What is your returns policy?

WP Clothing strives to provide quality garments and products to you at all times however sometimes there maybe issues outside our control. It is nothing that cannot be solved, so please contact us immediately you are aware of any problems and we will work with you to achieve a suitable solution immediately.
 

Q) Are there any Freight Charges?

WP Clothing freight policy will charge freight on all orders, including Back Orders at time of invoicing.

All deliveries are by courier service so a street address is required and acceptance of all goods must be signed for.

Should you have your own courier service WP Clothing are more than happy to freight forward for you.
 

Q) How you can place an Order?

To make ordering easy and reduce the possibility of errors, verbal orders are not accepted.
We request that all orders are written and sent by e-mail to admin@wpclothing.com.au.

Include on your order any purchase order numbers (if required), person/company details, invoice details, contact details, delivery address details, garment/product details in full including quantity, colours, sizes and so on. Also include decoration method and placement (if required).

WP Clothing will confirm your order with you, once it is received in our office.
